Engcorp Project Manager:

The Engcorp Project Manager is responsible for providing a cost-effective and independent service to the client. They select, correlate, integrate, and manage different disciplines and expertise to satisfy the objectives of the project brief from inception to completion. The service provided must be to the client's satisfaction, always safeguard their interests, and where possible give consideration to the needs of the eventual user of the facility.

The key role of the Engcorp Project Manager is to motivate, coordinate, manage, and maintain the morale of the whole team. This is a people-management function of paramount importance.

It is essential that the project is under the direction and control of a competent practitioner with a proven track record of project management in a construction industry-related professional discipline. The Engcorp Project Manager is appointed by the client and has full responsibility for the project. With delegated powers from the outset, the Engcorp Project Manager exercises an executive role throughout the project in close association with the project team.
