Engcorp have been accepted with GHD Vietnam to design the New GREEN ONE UN HOUSE Office development in Hanoi. The first of its Kind in the Country.

The Project will follow guidelines from VNGBC and LOTUS VN to achieve the highest Possible “Green” rating for an office building in Vietnam.

Scope: Mechanical Electrical Fire and Plumbing Engineering Design, Sustainable Designs in accordance with VNGBC (Lotus) & LEED.
